1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Charlotte Duct Commandos website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Appointments

When booking a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

Estimates provided over the phone or online are based on the information provided and are subject to change upon on-site inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Limited Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of service, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Liability

Charlotte Duct Commandos is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your HVAC system or property. We carry full liability insurance for any damage directly caused by our technicians.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
